Unpaid Meal Policy

No more than 5 meals may be charged at any one time.  When a student/adult exceeds 5 consecutive meals or no more than $20, they will no longer be served.  At a balance of $10 the parents will be notified via PowerSchool or a note home.  When a balance reaches $0 a letter and/or a phone call by the building principal or his/her designee will be made to the parent/guardian.

When the balance reaches -$20 the debt becomes delinquent and will need to be paid in full by the end of the school year.  Principals will contact parents/guardians to help families resolve their debt.

Free and Reduced applications are available for all in each building office.  All families are able to check their balances and receive notifications of low balances through PowerSchool.  Parents/guardians may pay by credit card online or in the office.  At the completion of the school year any debts not collected will be transferred from non-federal funds to food service.
